Stayed here for only one night after a long day of traveling around Ireland, and had to catch a ferry boat out first thing in the morning the next day. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good for taking a taxi to the ferry port (about 15 minutes). For a family of 5, we had the family suite with 3 double beds. It was plenty of space for us, would recommend.

This hotel was perfectly located from the airport to temple bar. Staff were friendly and helpful when it came to booking taxis. The rooms were clean and tidy - we didn’t really need any housekeeping but our soaps had been refilled whilst we were out. The breakfast I thought was quite impressive. You had your breads, pastries, cooked food, yogurt, fruit etc. and plenty drink options. We had a group of 6 in our party, all different ages. All of us were pleased with the hotel and have no complaints. Recommend for a stress free stay in Dublin!

Had an Impromptu visit which I had not planned. Had a very memorable interaction with a member of staff, Devan. I believe Devan is not part of the Front of House team but he represented the Hotel & the Brand spectacularly. A fine demonstration of what Irish Hospitality aspires to be.

My second stay here, paid for an upgraded room for 2, but the room was made up for three. Having said that the room was clean and the maid was efficient. Paid for breakfast, which was buffet style and a reasonable standard but not 4 star. No breakfast on the bank holiday as the restaurant didn’t open until 0800, a bit late for people catching flights. St Patrick’s day parade goes past the hotel, so plastic glasses are used for the overpriced beer, then they tell you that you can’t take it outside, so why the plastic glass???????. Ordered a pizza, I was told that there was no room service and I would have to collect it myself, no problem, he said he would call when ready. After 45 mins I called, only to be told that he had been calling the wrong room, now they didn’t have the pizza I wanted, when I eventually got it, it was not very good. You need to up your game, very shoddy .

While the room was acceptable for a family. The staff, particularly behind the bar were inattentive. The noise levels on my floor and across from the room we were in was similar to a herd of elephants. Complained at reception and occupants were asked to quiet down. Unfortunately their friends were also on the same floor. Constant noise, banging, crashing, banging on the door at 7am. If you are planning on a boozy weekend in Dublin it is probably ok but if you are going with young children maybe look elsewhere
